Today, we proudly honor three exceptional women who exemplify dedication, excellence, and leadership in their roles who have been chosen for this years Women in FM Excellence Awards.

Rose Sahawneh – Leading with Excellence in Arlington, TX

Rose Sahawneh’s journey is one of determination and achievement. Hailing from Jordan, Rose pursued her dreams with unwavering focus and dedication. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, Rose set her sights on the United States to further her education. She embarked on a Master’s program in Engineering Management at Indiana Institute of Technology in Fort Wayne, where she graduated at the top of her class.

Joining Caravan Facilities Management as an Assistant Site Utility Manager, Rose quickly demonstrated her exceptional abilities and leadership qualities. Her journey within Caravan exemplifies her dedication and commitment to excellence. In December 2023, Rose’s talent and hard work were recognized when she was promoted to the role of Site Manager at the General Motors plant in Arlington, Texas. Rose has a visionary approach and a talented team by her side, and is poised to make significant strides in her new role, contributing to the success of both Caravan and General Motors.

Angie Earl – Exemplifying Diligence and Leadership in Saginaw, MI

Angie Earl’s story is one of resilience and advancement. Beginning her journey at Caravan Facilities Management as a Part-Time On-Call employee, Angie’s dedication and hard work quickly caught the attention of her peers and supervisors. Her exceptional time management skills and unwavering commitment to excellence led to her swift promotion to the role of Area Supervisor in Saginaw, MI.

As an Area Supervisor, Angie plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient execution of tasks and maintaining high standards of quality. Angie’s willingness to go above and beyond, coupled with her natural leadership abilities, makes her an invaluable asset to the Caravan team. Angie’s dedication to her work serves as an inspiration to her colleagues and embodies the spirit of perseverance and success.

Toni Jackson – Balancing Work and Family with Grace and Efficiency

As the Housekeeping Supervisor at Consumers Energy, Toni manages to strike a remarkable balance between her professional responsibilities and her role as a devoted mother of four.
