Lindsey Parker Volunteers with Life RemodeledLife Remodeled is a non-profit organization that exists to remodel lives—one neighborhood at a time. Their strategy includes remodeling a Detroit Public School each summer in order to create academic and athletic improvements. They believe partnering with the local residents to remove blight in the surrounding area and creating safe and inspirational pathways to the school will help to sustain and build up a neighborhood that radiates hope to the rest of the city!
All of this is made possible by thousands of phenomenal volunteers and very generous donors. Partners are highly motivated and are unified in working towards a common goal. Such camaraderie produces an incredibly rewarding experience for all involved!
Lindsey Parker, Caravan Facilities Management Stadium/Entertainment Venues Coordinator, spent the afternoon/evening on Tuesday, August 13, 2014 as a “Beautification” team member for Life Remodeled. Lindsey’s efforts, along with hundreds of others are making a difference in the City of Detroit – One Neighborhood at a Time!
Please, in the comments below, help us thank Lindsey and all the great volunteers for their commitment to this wonderful cause. For more information about Life Remodeled, go to http://liferemodeled.com/
