Caravan is currently providing services in over 120 locations, across the US, Canada and Mexico. Caravan’s corporate headquarters are in Saginaw, MI, with corporate offices in Troy, MI, Ft. Wayne, IN, and Orlando, FL,. We are continually growing and intend on expanding our reach to support our clients, whether they are a single site or a distributed portfolio across the country.

OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM

Brandon Bordeaux

Chairman/CEO

Since joining Caravan as a part-time co-op student in 1999, Brandon held a variety of positions. In 2005, Brandon purchased the company and became Chairman/CEO. Under his leadership, revenues have more than tripled as Caravan has developed a global footprint in a much more diverse collection of industries.

Brenda Mehl

Chief Financial Officer

Brenda joined Caravan in 2002 as an accountant, and is currently the Chief Financial Officer, reporting directly to the CEO. Brenda’s in-depth background in upgrading budgeting systems and re-engineering financial reporting systems has proven essential to the financial development of Caravan’s international business growth.

Bridget Foco

Human Resource Director

Bridget started her career with CFM as a Safety Administrator in 2008, managing site safety and training needs before moving into the Human Resources department. She gained valuable experience working in all areas of HR before eventually leading the department in her current position. Her experience in working with site level operations, safety and quality gives a greater perspective into the specific needs and challenges of our employees and business.

Jon Brach

Director of Operations

Mr. Brach is responsible for management of the operations teams within Caravan. Jon has more than 20 years of progressive experience in all phases of operations and facility management, with particular strengths in facilities/property management. He is a former board member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) of Metro Detroit and was named 2013 BOMA of Metro Detroit Facility Manager of the Year.
