Bright Promoted to Area Manager
Congratulations to Todd Bright, who has been promoted to Area Manager within Caravan Facilities Management’s Chrysler Kokomo account. His new duties include the responsibility for facility management operations, contract compliance, customer satisfaction, UAW relationships and site profitability.
Mr. Bright has more than 15 years of experience in all phases of Operations, with strengths in customer service, management, coaching and team building. He also brings more than 10 years of Union experience including contract negotiation, collective bargaining and grievance handling. Todd is well deserving of his new role.
Brach elected to BOMA Board of Directors
Congratulations to Caravan General Manager, Jon Brach, for being elected to the Building Owners and Managers Association of Metro Detroit (BOMA) Board of Directors. We want to thank Isaac Manning and Betty Burnau for a job well done on their quick reaction to an incident that occurred while doing a normal service check. Isaac noticed a GM employee in distress inside the last stall of the locker room and immediately took action. The man was unresponsive, so Isaac and Betty got in touch with security right away. This year for Christmas, we were happy to be a part of the Giving Tree Program. Toy and clothing donations were collected to support the Underground Railroad Shelter for women & children in Saginaw, MI. Thank you to everyone who donated to help make this a special Christmas.
