At Caravan, Safety is Our Overriding Priority. Every month, Caravan rewards employees for continuing to work safely. The Safety Incentive Program was created to keep employees actively engaged in safe practices on the job. Every employee who has a clean work record for the previous 3 months is eligible and entered into the monthly drawing for $125 gift cards. If they continue to keep a safe work record with no incidents the entire year, they are also eligible for the Annual Grand Prize of $250. We appreciate the dedication these employees show in support of Caravan’s Safety Initiative.
